We have been using this pump for about 2 months and are happy with it so far. It performs decently and fills most of our bottles or jars quickly. Definitely faster than regular gravity dispensers. It's easy to use and set up. Each charge seems to last around 3-4 weeks each time. My only complaint would be the fit. It fits freely in a 5 gallon bottle and has a large opening. If the neck of the bottle was thinner, I don't think this pump would stick to it as well. If you accidentally hit him from the side, he will fall easily. It's not safe. It just sits loose. But still it has not fallen out of our use. We could try finding a rubber O-ring or something else to wrap around the neck of the bottle to better secure the pump at the top. If you think renting or buying a water cooler could cost anywhere from $100-$150, this is an easy and great alternative. It's also good that you don't have to load the bottles upside down. We sit upright on a small table that's the perfect height to fill whatever you need. I'm curious how long the motor and battery will last as this is a Chinese made product and they don't usually have a very good track record. But at this price I'd be happy if it only lasted a year or two.
