It's very easy to use, it is also customizable so you can change as much or little of it as needed at any time. The user interface could be improved but I think that this software has been updated recently with new features which makes everything better! Try it out if you are looking for an excellent CRM tool. You will love how well organized all contacts information is in one place. We have never had problems organizing our data before using Contactwise. This is definitely the best product available right now, we highly recommend this program! All my contacts from different sources like emails, phone calls, social media etc. They're all saved here in one place, making them searchable and manageable by us. Also, they help me keep track of customers' feedbacks and issues.
