I don't know if the item is defective or not. The case is excellent, looks strong but the clip closure is too weak. She is flexible and I am afraid to trust her. I'll probably go back and order another case and see if it's better. Here's an update. OneCase contacted me immediately to offer a new case. Your customer service seems excellent and caring. I'll let you know when I get a new case to evaluate. I received the replacement housing yesterday and it had a lot less play in the belt clip swivel. It appears to be a great product that is well worth the price and compares to much more expensive similar models. Customer service was excellent for getting a replacement case.
