As a professional host, I like to lock my laptop and projector when I'm out - my friend (probably hotel staff) had his gear stolen during his lunch break. I have previously purchased a 'regular' Kensington twin lock kit (K64025F, Kensington MicroSaver Twin Lock for Laptops and Monitors) and found it very stiff and a bit difficult to use. Kensington slots on your laptop and projector (or other devices). This is a one off job, the tab only sticks out about 1/4 inch and is very strong when tightened with the Allen wrench provided. Then when you're ready to lock your hardware, simply flip the lock on the bar and turn the key. No more looking into the slot trying to line it up properly and turning it one way while turning the key the other way and hopefully it stays in the hole. And the lock is very strong in its attachment - no more flexible, unsafe locks. And the smart design of the second locking head on the sliding "dongle" eliminates cable twisting and its unsightly appearance. The cable hangs very well even with all the locks on. My only very small issue might be that the loop at the end could be a bit bigger to make it easier to get both lock heads and key bits through. But I forgive you Kensington because it's such an improvement over the old one!
