Definitely not accurate

If you are using these for resin you will need 2 measuring cups. The error gets bigger as you fill the cup. I added 3 ounces of water 2 times and the reading was 5 ounces. I ruined several projects with these mugs until I figured it out. If you want to use a cup you will need to weigh the resin instead of using the labels. In any case, it is always more accurate to weigh the resin.
