I have thin and small earlobes and many heavy fashion earrings. Need a large disc earring at the back for them to sit properly. These larger earrings work better than the plastic discs. I received a one piece clear plastic construction disc that came in a pack of 50 pairs. They worked but were difficult to put on and take off and certainly looked cheap for my massive diamond earrings. The back disc of these earrings was also slightly smaller in diameter than the plastic earrings, so it wasn't visible from the front. They are well made, very sturdy and don't fall off easily. It would be nice if there were more packs. I will have to buy more.
