These SFPs are great I won't be using anything else now. I have the original EA UDMP with two SFP ports blocked at 10GB. With one of these WAN2 SFP+ I can get my 1GB ONT connection over RJ45 while on the other SFP+ port I use one of them to connect with 10G over RJ45 to a USW+ POE Gen2 switch. Remove speed limit. I also use them to connect the USW to Mikrotik in another part of the house that also has one of these SFP+ adapters - 10g cat.5e. You will not regret it. Other 10g RJ45 SFP+ adapters DO NOT support multirate.
