Hello, I have combination skin prone to dryness. I got this lotion as a gift, in a transparent jar. The product is transparent and does not smell at all. I put it on a cotton pad, the result: the powder and the usual mascara washes off with a bang, but the eyeliner must be tried. Doesn't sting the eyes. Moisturizes the skin, does not dry, did not cause allergies. Used up very quickly. Basically a regular micellar lotion. You can find better ones for a reasonable price.
