To add to other reviews, I followed the size chart and got a perfect fit. Inseam is 7" unstretched, but longer when worn (depends on the shape of one's thighs, I guess). These shorts are a good length to wear with a 26" long v-neck tee (to cover behind).Quality is excellent - I paid twice as much for similar Uniqlo biker shorts that have only one (waistband) pocket. My Galaxy S10 phone fits in the side pocket. Not sure if the phone would stay in place for an animated workout but should be ok if you're not running or jumping. Very pleased with this purchase.
