Unit is working properly but none of the remotes are working. I checked both batteries, they are fine. Email sent to Wagner but no reply received. Communicated with Revain CS but couldn't get the remotes to work. They offered to return the device but it works fine and I really want Wagner to send me working remotes. Also, I thought the air purifier was made in Switzerland based on the Wagner Switzerland name. The units are made in China.
