I don't like that the remote control doesn't work sometimes. You have to approach the block. There is some noise from the device, but tolerable. I thought it was made in Switzerland. It should have better instructions. Another thing that still works in automatic mode in a small room with the door closed. Maybe a problem with the sensor? Hmm, I'll give him a few weeks. I'm giving it 3 stars for now.

Unit is working properly but none of the remotes are working. I checked both batteries, they are fine. Email sent to Wagner but no reply received. Communicated with Revain CS but couldn't get the remotes to work. They offered to return the device but it works fine and I really want Wagner to send me working remotes. Also, I thought the air purifier was made in Switzerland based on the Wagner Switzerland name. The units are made in China.

The fan impeller is out of balance, the whole unit 'shakes', it's a matter of time before the engine mount dies. Sleep mode is nothing more than turning off the display and the air sensor, but it does not reduce the fan speed. I can do the same manually by switching to speed 1 (manual) and turning off the display, the correct sleep mode should turn it off as well.
