I like that it's easy to use, and all of my billing information is in one place! Sometimes, it can be a little confusing when trying to navigate through the program. There are times when I think it would really be helpful to have an employee on hand who could teach you how to utilize this software correctly. The benefits were that everything was in one place instead of having to go back and forth between two systems. I like that it is very easy to use, and that I can create my own forms for my patients. I also like that I can use the online form, which makes it easier for my patients to use. I dislike that I can't have my patient's fill out their own forms. It is a great program, and I highly recommend it. I am able to use it for my practice, and it is very user friendly. I can create my own forms, which saves me a lot of time. I can also use it online, which is very convenient.
