There is absolutely no way we can get our built in little GU10 halogen bulbs so I ordered an overpriced little tool. When I tried it I was terribly disappointed because the suction is great but when you twist the suction cup it just slides over the slippery surface of the bulb. I was about to send it back when I tried again and I think I figured out the secret. After attaching this suction cup to the lightbulb, you need to pull and then twist, and voila, the lightbulb comes out instantly. After discovering this secret, all the lights went out one by one! Yes, no more broken nails and cut skin trying to get those little lightbulbs out of their sockets! The suction cup is great for inserting a new lightbulb.
