Durable construction that lasts

I'll be honest with you. This is not my son's first gaming chair. He likes to play often and for a long time, especially during a pandemic. His last chair had to be replaced because the recliner had been dismantled. The first thing that struck me was the weight of the box. As this isn't our first gaming chair experience, I noticed that the box weight was significantly heavier than his other chair. When we opened it we understood why. The actual base of the chair is metal and very thick, making the chair very durable. The seat and backrest are probably twice as thick as his previous chair. My son said it looked like the seats from our car. So we were immediately very impressed with the materials and construction of this chair. It was really easy to put together. It only took about 10 minutes to get it out of the box and strap. Because it was so hard that two people helped. However, this could of course be done with one person. All the mechanisms and fittings on this chair appear to be of the same quality as what we found when opening the box with the base, seat and backrest. Very impressive. There seemed to be no scent or smell. The chair was immediately ready for use. It has many ways to adjust it for comfort. The armrests themselves have multiple ways of adjusting them up and down, inward, and back and forth. The armrests are wide and wipeable. He likes it a lot and feels it's a really high quality chair. He spends a lot of time in it, so I think it's important that he's comfortable and has his back supported. Overall we are very happy with everything about this chair.
