Hello, I want to report this product. I have eaten these bars regularly and this product is not fresh. The chocolate shell is completely cracked when opening the package and is difficult to eat. It just doesn't taste right and has been like that since I opened the package even though I left it in a cool place. I want a new box or a refund for this item. thanks Mario
