The best part about this product was that it helped in creating an excellent customer experience as well at improving productivity by using its features like scheduling calendar appointments for employees to easily manage their work schedules without any hassle or confusion! I would have liked there were some additional options available such us time tracking etc but thats just my personal opinion :) We started working with ESGW after seeing very good reviews from our peers so we decided go ahead! There isn't anything i dislike apart maybe when you are going through your schedule sometimes if someone changes something then all other entries get changed too (which can be annoying). This helps me managing multiple projects simultaneously while providing better insights into employee performance across various departments within organization & help them improve upon weaknesses area wise/ department-wise / project - level individually.
