Great Customer Service Platform: Exelysis Contact Center

I like that it's webbased - no need to download any apps or anything! It has all my contact center needs (invoicing/billing), plus CRM with our salesforce as well so we can track leads through each step from first call till close deal etc.. The customer service department does not have its own system but works off ours via API calls if needed; however their support team seems great at responding quickly when issues arise!! Easy setup process & user friendly interface once you're set up how your business likes things done within this platform /etc The best thing about Exelysis is that I can use it with my existing phone system, and can also use in office or home. I can use it both on my laptop and my android mobile. It is also very easy to use. A bit expensive, but it is worth it. I have used it for more than 4 years now, and I have never had a problem. I use it for my virtual assistant and customer service. It helps me keep track of what is happening in the office, and also I can use it as a live chat for my customers.
