absolutely NOT exactly
Used it about a dozen times before I got into a situation where I had to use this level with another brand for work. I'm an idiot as it took me hours to finally come to the conclusion that maybe one of the layers was disabled as it was impossible to get my project perfect. I compared this kapro to the Empire level and the Milwaukee level in the same place and sure enough, the kapro differed too much. Thrown away. Too often when you use a level you don't know it's off until you compare it to another level, preferably a different brand.
