Review on Samsung SSG 3100GB Active Glasses Compatible by Rob Rogers

I use these 3D glasses with my Samsung Smart TV after I bought the lower series glasses which were not compatible and had to return them. These 3100 series shutter 3D glasses are superb and really show off the power and grandeur of 3D TV. We have DirectTV and now they have some free 24 hour 3D programs and these glasses make 3D look so real like the pictures are in the same room as you! I didn't want to spend money on 3D but now I'm so glad I did - it's really dramatic and impressive. Samsung has really outdone itself here, the glasses are great. The only downside is that the glasses were expensive - $80 a piece, but I think over time this is a good investment, because they will find wide application, especially with all the 3D programs that are already available. The only other downside is that you can't tell if the glasses are on or off until you press the power button, so it's easy to leave them on when not in use, draining the battery, but batteries are relatively cheap.
