I like how easy it is to use, as well as that it was able to connect with our CRM automatically. I dislike how the platform is not customizable. It's really just too basic. I would have preferred having more customization options. It's very easy to set up so I do think it's worth the effort since we were using different applications before. We've been able to standardize everything into one system which has made things much easier for everyone working in the office. The ability to integrate with other systems, the ability to make changes quickly, the ability to have a single view of all data across your organization. I wish there was an easier way to pull in data from outside sources into the system. We are able to see everything we need in one place, which has helped us streamline processes. The system is easy to use and navigate. It is also very customizable.
