Not VESA compatible

The VESA plate I have has holes for a 75x75mm monitor and a 100x100mm monitor. When I tried to put a monitor on it, the plate blocks access to all ports. When I tried to call Phillips customer service they either cut me off or left me on the line. I contacted Amazon who sent me to a Phillips carrier who restarted the endless queue.
