I bought a skirt to wear for vacation photos. Haven't worn it yet but bought a couple of tutu skirts and decided to keep this one. He's cute and classy, but not too chubby. It's knee length. Not too short and not too long. I will wear it with a black bodysuit with flat shoes. I'm 5 foot five and 111 pounds. I bought the small size because it's the smallest size they have. It fits because the drop is elastic, but I could certainly fit in a very small one. Overall I'm very happy with it. I could see you wearing this to a fancy date or a Christmas party. Assuming the parties ever happen again.
