This is the tool you need. I've looked everywhere for a tool that will cut the whole potato at once, but I've kept getting bad reviews for how difficult they are to peel, how sharp they are, poorly made, etc. But it's so amazing easy to do. use and clean. I was shocked at the lack of effort it took to cut them into potatoes. It's so easy an 8 year old can do it. Highly recommend for french fries. We cut fries to air fry and then try potato chips. UPDATE: Cutting cucumbers for pickling with a tool. It was difficult to get them all the same size from top to bottom, but overall they worked well.
