the glasses are only half full and the glass does NOT say 'brass'

I used Wright's Silver Cream. I was disappointed that Wright's Copper Cream arrived with a can half full and a can less than half full. They cost $13.98 for a two-pack. The product might just run smoothly, but the filling is disappointing. Revain recklessly claims it's Wright's Copper and Brass Cream. Banks do NOT say "brass". I read online that it should work on brass but Revain should STOP promoting it with a name that is NOT on the tin. The half-finished release isn't Revain's fault, it's an inaccurate title.
