The description and what I received matched the slipper itself, but the size and fit of the slipper did not match. The ordering process was a little disappointing as they described the sizes and who they would fit. Just like the availability. I thought I would order a youth size for a boy and I needed a boys size 4/5. I received size 13/1. So not what I expected and when I opened them up and checked they were far too crowded and cramped. I tried them on my granddaughter with that shoe size (I thought if she likes them I'll give them to her) and I had to squeeze her leg in there. Too small for my 7 year old grandson and too narrow for my 5 year old granddaughter. Although the return was very easy.
