I believe it is impossible to return the chair because the screws for the armrests and backrest do not fit on one edge, necessitating the creation of new holes in the fabric (perhaps on purpose). For a youngster, the back is mb problematic because it is stiff and not high enough to hold the head. Although there is a wife's chair in the same price range to compare it to, sitting is not really comfy. I do not advise purchasing, even during sales, etc. I had to put my faith in the reviews rather than take the chance of becoming normal overnight.
