Inexpensive replacement for branded filters. The design appears to be identical for both the brand and this generic. That's a good value.
Cheap third party filters for my fridge seem to be the same design as the brand that sells for a much lower price. The filtering appears to be identical to the brand name. I like to take a set of 3 as it lasts my family for about a year. Was able to test Ph and TDS (dissolved solids) between these filters, the previous brand and what comes out of my tap unfiltered. They filter and are brand comparable in the sense that there is no measurable difference between generic and brand filtration when measuring pH or TDS with calibrated digital water meters purchased from Revain.
