The ability for us as an organization can easily track all of our leads from their first visit through close or conversion via lead nurturing tools which are very helpful in increasing sales numbers! Not much at times but it is not because we don't have good support; more so just having issues setting up some features within cloud kettle such has sending out emails using templates/variables etc - they usually get those fixed quickly enough however sometimes you need someone who knows what your doing (or maybe I am too picky :) ).
