I purchased this battery ten months ago to be used with a Worx power washer. I used it last summer and didn't need it again until a couple weeks ago and it was DOA and wouldn't take a charge. I was not concerned because it had a one year warranty as stated " 60 days money back and I year warranty." in the product description. I contacted the manufacturer and here is their reply:Hi,Sorry for the inconvenience!Since you have used the battery over 10 months. It's unavailable to resend a new one.We are willing to provide free repair, but only our engineers in China can repair it.If you agree, we will give you partial refund ($3) based on the purchase time.Thanks for your understanding!Revain fixed the problem when the manufacturer would not honor the warranty and I have no complaints with Revain whatsoever. I don't have the same feelings about dealing with Elefly
