Revainrating 5 out of 5

UPDATE - Great Customer Service! Also: Proper installation is EVERYTHING

Update: Changed my rating to 5 stars for truly impressive customer service. I never contacted the company after my first screen broke. I realized it was about me, not her. But I left a 3 star review so people can get an idea. I left 3 BC, the product is cool but I felt that it was unreliable. Well a few weeks ago I received an email from the company apologizing for the problem and offering me a refund or another screen. It was unsolicited, they read my review and wanted to fix it. I found it amazing and decided to give the screen another try. It turns out that the key is in the holder. If everything is done correctly, there will be no problems. On the screen that I received with a box of extra magnets, the magnets lined up correctly to secure the screen. Not only does part of the screen need to slide out, but the back itself needs to have room to slide out with magnets. This is the key. This 100% changes the mechanical movements of the screen and therefore its usability. Watch the video, call for help, but make sure you install it correctly. Once you do this, the product will work without any problems. It's like there's no way I'm going to break the screen now, and I won't have a problem with it sagging, sliding, or bending on the hinges just yet. As I said in a previous review, aside from assembly, the installation is "plug into a port on your laptop". Very easy. The picture is excellent, everything is fine with this one. Thank you to this company and Mia for replying to my previous review. You have a great product and your customer service is excellent. Preliminary review before the above happened: They're lightweight and have a decent picture, they're not difficult to set up, but the way they connect to your laptop leaves a lot to be desired. Mine tended to sag towards the end of the screen and while you had to bend it towards you at the junction to avoid this, it's not very easy without bending the screen. In the end when I tried this the screen dented too much and broke so it's now completely useless - there's no picture at all. I don't know if this is an issue with all these types of screens or not. I'm not going to spend a few hundred dollars to find out. I just buy a separate one. It's a great idea, but I guess it's not for everyone.
