Vague instructions - lighting

Vague instructions. There are eleven equally sized screws. Assuming they are for parking lights, I'm missing a screw. I have six lamps, two per lamp. There are no instructions on what size hole to drill to place the screws. There are four other sizes. Assuming they are for bar lighting, I have an extra two. Again, there are no instructions on what hole size to consider. No seller phone number. The color codes do not match the vague instructions that were sent.
