Good chair for my opinion

This product arrived after a week-long wait, only to be completely unusable. Multiple broken parts. See pictures. I am sorely disappointed with this product. It had so much potential to be my favorite office chair. But, I was let down by. Well, I don't know where the failure was, I just know I cannot use this chair.UPDATE (9 May 2022): This is perhaps the most comprehensive resolution to a product broken during shipping that I have experienced in quite some time. I understand that these things happen, but both seller and the Ebay fulfillment center stepped up and replaced the broken item, then arranged for the broken item to be picked up right at my front door! The replacement chair is functioning beautifully. The instructions left something to be desired, but I was able to construct it in less than 30 minutes all by my lonesome. The chair itself is super supportive, I am glad I sprung for this thing! I will be able to get a ton of work done without backpain now! We shall see how it holds up in a month.
