I have been using a Milton fitting on my service hose for about 5 years. I work heavy earthmoving equipment every day, five or six days a week. Mostly "in the field", working in mud, slush and on a good day on concrete. I retired in 2007 and brought my tools to my home garage. Since '07 I've only been using the hose a few days a week. It started leaking last week when I removed the tool. There was no leak so I left my 1/2" kick plugged in until this one arrived. I will probably never wear this one as the previous one has lasted over 12 years without leaking. The old one was so scratched from being in the ground had been pulled and the concrete made it hard to read "Milton" on them. When I saw them I knew they were the hitch I'd used all these years. Easy to connect and disconnect. Yes it does is a bit stiffer than my old one but that's to be expected. I ordered this connector set because I can always use extra tool connectors and it was only a few bucks more than one connector.
