Review on πŸ“¦ Sturdy and Stylish: Old Dutch 60-Inch Cookware Stand in Graphite - Organize Your Kitchen with Ease! by Larry Ton

Too narrow to be really useful for the avid cook or LeCruset storage

Just assembled my vertical pot stand. While I'll try to get by with this rack (since returning it in the original packaging would be a nightmare), for my purposes I wouldn't buy it again. The stand was easy enough to assemble, but I didn't have the strength to tighten it as far as I feel. It wobbles just a little, but I can see that it needs regular tightening. I bought this rack to display my colorful LeCruset pans and have quick access to them while cooking. The biggest problem I see with the stand is that it is designed to have more space for much smaller pots than the larger ones that I mostly have and use a lot. For example, the bottom slot holds my 9 quart LeCruset pan, but the next tier is too small for my LeCruset 6 3/4 qt, 11 3/4 in. I can put my 5 liter pot on the second level below. The next level, medium, barely fits in my 9-inch LeCruset pan. Even then, it takes a bit of manipulation to squeeze it into place. It won't work as I see it scratching over time from being forced in and out. It's probably fine if you're just using your pots for decoration, but since I use mine for soups and stir-fries quite a bit, this won't work. Another issue is that this is my smallest usable pot. I was expecting to have one, maybe two, empty tiers, but I have three open tiers that only contain impractically small pots that I'll never use. I see many people looking for pot stands to display their colorful LeCruset Dutch Ovens. If your pots are mostly smaller, I would drop this model. It's also worth noting that I don't think you can use an oval Dutch Oven stand.
