I recently started playing soccer again and thought I had pulled my achilles tendon. When I checked it turned out to be just tendon degeneration and I needed to rest and train. I shook myself for physical therapy and was introduced to the Grason technique which is very similar to the Guk Sha technique. I did a little research and saw that you can do it yourself, so I started with a socket wrench. I felt like an idiot for carrying a socket wrench in a football bag shuddered and bought this tool. I have to say this scraping tool works 110% better than a socket wrench. Since using this technique I haven't had much muscle soreness during or after games.
