Review on 🖨️ ELEGOO Black 1Kg Water Washable Resin for 3D Printers by Calvin Chavva

Water washable resins are not for me. I had high hopes of getting rid of the IPA's pungent smell, so on the best of days I bought two bottles. Elegoo water-washable resin is not suitable. I've attached an image of a failed print with Elegoo's water-washable resin at Elegoo's recommended print settings (I've tried unofficial settings with similar results) and an image of the same model with Elegoo's default resin using Elegoo's recommended print settings. A successful print was completed after an error and used the same tub, i.e. the same FEP, as the water washable resin. Later I tried smaller models with large contact angles and about half of the models were successful. I was ready to admit that the bottle was just plain bad, so I opened the second bottle and found the cap was broken. I gave this information to Elegoo through their website and in return I was redirected to the Elegoo Revain page without any further instructions. I suspect "Nell" from Elegoo wanted me to provide this information in the review. I do not recommend this resin and the reaction from Elegoo was not impressive.
