The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

I don't really recommend this webcam because of the aforementioned flaw.
And sure, I'm okay with Logitech; they create wonderful mice and other items, but like any manufacturers, they design their products to discourage repeat purchases. I'm revising my evaluation because some people only had this webcam for a couple of years, when I've had it for over three. This is terrible!

Pros

An easy-to-use, standard camera for regular users

Cons

A few years later, the webcam stopped functioning as a result of continual overheating (just because it is connected to USB). Although I seldom ever used the camera itself, its microphone is generally decent. The webcam has poor solder on the light-sensitive board; it needs to be heated or someone managed to simply place a piece of paper. Only the green indication of the camera is on, and the image is white. I'm revising my evaluation because some people only had this webcam for a couple of years, when I've had it for over three. This is terrible!
