The laptop was delivered quickly but within hours of unboxing the keyboard failed and refused to restart when trying to fix it. I emailed the seller and got a message that basically said "Call HP." It didn't help. After a few hours of research I was able to find out that the BIOS was corrupt and was able to boot into a recovery from another computer. In short, this is a decent, lightweight laptop for everyday use, but I was unmoved by the seller's lack of help with the process. While the BIOS issue may not have been their fault, I spent hours trying to fix it and not even after "Call HP" with "And if that doesn't work, we'll discuss a refund" really lousy customer service.
