Pros: - Adjustable lumbar support, strong but also flexible - Adjustable armrests (can be raised or lowered) - Very smooth bottom on casters - Mesh lining helps with temperature regulation - Good degree of recline but not classic armchair. Cons: - Deceptively flat bottom cushion - Maybe it's my fault for doing something wrong during assembly, but there's a slight wobble that I can't remove, it's only there when you sit on it - Doesn't work. Don't lift too high (don't take this chair if you're tall) - the locking mechanism doesn't work very well if you don't want to recline at all. I sit at my desk for about 5-6 hours every day. With previous more expensive and better chairs I have had severe back pain due to the lack of lumbar support that this cheap chair has. For me personally, the pros far outweigh the cons. You can always get more buttock padding while I've struggled for years to find the lumbar support I can get in this chair.
