Exactly what you would expect - some sturdy velcro straps

I bought two of these to route cables around my server rack - with different colors to represent different networks and servers. The ties are quite tight and they are very tacky, I don't think they will go anywhere. A combination of colors and two different sizes covers a variety of cable needs. I like to have them on hand for cable work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing network cabling or setting up servers.
