Review on ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Sterno Home CGT55600HY12 Inglow Flameless Rustic Pillar Candle: 6-Inch Tall Cinnamon Chai Scent, 5-Hour Timer by Alesha Adams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

These are my favorite LED candles

The switch has 3 positions: 1) off, 2) always on (that's about 7 days using 2000mah batteries) - and (3) stays for 5 hours a day (that's about 30 days with the same 2000mAh batteries). So if you choose that 3rd setting and turn it on at 7pm, it will run until midnight and then turn on again at 7pm the next day - somehow it knows how to tell when 24 hours have passed. If you change the batteries it loses track of time and you have to turn it off and then wait and turn it back on at the exact time of the day you want it to run for 5 hours. At the top of the candle is a small piece of black plastic that resembles a burnt candle wick, just like a real candle does after it's been lit for a while - a nice touch. The bottom has the switch we mentioned earlier and a battery cover for changing two AA batteries. There's also a label with an HTML link to Inglow's main website for your convenience. as bright as a real candle flame. When they burn, they glow most of the candle - this is the opposite of what a regular candle does. The normal candle is light on the top and the candle is darker, the Inglow LED candle is light in the main body and dark on the top. It's more like the glow of luminaria (a paper bag with a tea light inside). I keep a dozen of these in my living room and prefer a dim light - a dozen real candles would actually be quite bright and give off a lot of smoke that would cling to the walls, ceiling and all electrical equipment. Flameless LED candles have a lot of advantages over flames - they can be placed next to anything and in very tight spaces like wooden kitchen cabinets with glass doors!
