The product has many different use cases for our agency - including ad serving/retargeting as well as audience targeting with Facebook Custom Audiences or Google AdWords audiences (or both). Our clients are able to easily target specific user personas within their own marketing stack without having any technical expertise in advanced technology stacks like DMP's & AI solutions! I wish there were more robust integrations out of box so we could leverage additional platforms beyond just FB / GCP but at least it does what you need right now which is great!! We have been using them since they first launched over 5 years ago when GDPR was not yet established by EU regulators nor did people understand how personal information would be regulated going forward once this new legislation took effect later last year.
