I’m 5’8 144lbs. I got a small based off reviews that said it runs a bit large. I usually would wear a medium. I’m glad I got a small, it fit snug but not uncomfortably tight. I like a bodycon look so the small was perfect for me. It’s a soft almost fleece material inside so it’s cozy & keeps u warm. You can kind of adjust the length by pulling it down or scrunching it up. Good quality & neckline is cute. Only downside is you have to make sure your bra straps are kinda tucked into the shoulder or they will show bc the neck is wide, but I like the square neck & it didn’t bug me
