The Best $100 I've Ever Spent!

I saw them before and after I tried my father in law, I wasn't a fan. It was painful and uncomfortable so wasn't worth spending $400 or more. Then my friend had this. Very easy to use and has proved to be a lifesaver after a soccer tournament. There are 3 strength modes with different attachments that come with the kit. Once you get the hang of it, try each level with different attachments for different body parts. It's great after sports games, workouts, runs and I even use it in the morning when I wake up to warm up my muscles before work. I've found that I prefer certain attachments for the legs versus the back and whatnot, so feel free to mix and match. To change the nozzle, simply pull out the other one and insert a new one. nothing, so it's super easy. The device comes with extra O-rings for the attachments in case one of them breaks. I've been using mine for about a month and use it 3-4 times a week. I still haven't had to charge it since I charged it for the first time, so the battery is fine! In terms of pain relief, I liked that Part 3 only starts because it's temporary relief (e.g. on the back), but it's not a healing machine. However, it breaks down lactic acid after physical activity and I have found that I have less pain the day after using it. So don't take 3 stars too harshly for the pain relief because as the title says, it's the best $100 I've ever spent. The latter is good for couples. I'm terrible at back massages and my wife loves when I use it on her back because it relieves tension and feels like a good massage so she went for it too. After a long day of hiking or footwork, the flat running shoe feels great! Take care of everything and enjoy it
