I like how much you can customize your dashboard for each client, which makes it easy to keep track of their progress! There's also not enough integrations with other tools we use in our business - yet! So far so good though, they're working hard at expanding that list. It would be great if there were more options for sales reps to filter data by prospect stage or status (e.g., "active" vs. "inactive"). Also, having an option to add notes from phone calls when rep is out of office would help as well. A very helpful tool for keeping up-to-date on all my clients' projects, tasks, leads, etc.
