The cups on wheels work as they should. . .
We replaced our carpeting and wanted something to counteract the dents left by our furniture. There are some items that are too heavy and won't help, but with our wide wheels stereo box, it's better to put them directly on the carpet. We bought small round cups on wheels for tables (10 x 10 x 3 feet) that hold plants, a phone and an answering machine. I'm so happy with how they help and look so much better than the wheels/legs digging into the carpet. I've tried finding these plastic rollers locally and none of the hardware stores carry this particular type.
