This card was installed in a Kindle Fire 10 inch tablet immediately upon receipt and has never been used for anything else and recently died. I tried reading from PC and laptop but both didn't recognize the SD card at all. Now this is the 3rd Teamgroup SD card I've had a crash in 3 months. Both failed in 3 months and the first in just 1 week.
