The customer service was outstanding! They were always willing/able help us out as needed or just give advice when I requested it (which they usually did).

Also loved that we could access everything via our own account which made for easy support from home if necessary during coronavirus quarantine times in Canada - even though this isn' t an issue anymore!! Some of my favorite parts are being able to see where people clicked through vs who actually downloaded your product versus those you didn't get their information but gave them some helpful info etc., also seeing how many visits there has been over time so far since launch date helps me understand what needs work before going live again once things open up more fully post pandemic. Being stuck at office most days due not having ability go outside helped alleviate stress level while waiting patiently online instead; especially given COVID situation right across doorsteps too.
