One broken with every order. Never mind - they leak like a sieve

I finally got two of these after ordering twice. (one of each order was broken). When I tried to use them I found them to be utterly useless - there was no way to stop them from leaking around the lids. What waste! Addendum: One of the packages was defective. Revain informed me via chat that I would receive a refund without returning the broken items which I then threw away. Now they still turned around and charged me for a broken replacement. Excellent. I will remember.
