. I love this French Press! This is the perfect size for my 2 giant coffee mugs that I need in the morning. I've had Bodum for a while but found that it "gets stuck" every time I press down. I don't feel like I have to be a weightlifter to squeeze my damn coffee abs. It's smooth as butter. And another little detail worth noting is that the push rod is FLAT. All the ones I've had in the past have this very awkward little ball on top that makes pushing down quite difficult. I have some autoimmune issues and my arms aren't as strong as they used to be, and simple things like opening lids and dropping objects can be difficult. I like this press - it's clearly made with some thought. Even when I pour a second cup, the coffee grounds don't slide out, which is great because I'm not a "cowboy coffee" fan at all! Other than that, it's a great price and has a simple, minimalist look that I love. I highly recommend it.
